CONTRIBUTION RULES
I am a United States citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (green card holder).
This contribution complies with the Georgia Ethics in Government Act (O.C.G.A. § 21-5-30 et seq.).
I am at least eighteen (18) years of age.
This contribution is made from my own personal funds and is not being reimbursed or provided by any other person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
Georgia law requires political committees to use their best efforts to obtain and report each contributor’s name, mailing address, occupation, and employer.
If your aggregate contributions exceed $100 in an election cycle, please provide your occupation and employer.
If self-employed, list your own name or business name as your employer.
Contributions to elect Eric Tatum for Fulton are limited to $3,300 per individual, corporation, or PAC per election cycle, pursuant to Georgia law.
Contributions are not tax-deductible for federal or state income tax purposes.
